House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. Weeds and piles of pine needles on sidewalk, vines on wall encroaching.
Invasive plants have grown so large that one cannot see down or use the sidewalk. It is not clear which property is actually responsible - either 307 or 311 E. Cottage Grove
Bushes and vines hanging over the sidewalk along Parrish Road and you can't get under them in places or see oncoming traffic

Hi there - the Habitat for Humanity build on Cottage Grove has a lot of erosion and the drain in front of the property is completely clogged. I connected with someone from Habitat about it at a social gathering a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure it was remembered. It would probably have more heft getting connected by the City. Thanks for all you do - very much appreciate the quick and thorough work of the CBU employees in this area during the recent heavy rains!!!
Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
