I walk a lot, usually with my dog. Many, many times I have been very startled by bicyclists passing without alerting me to their presence. I often have no opportunity to get myself and my highly reactive dog out of their way. If my dog (or I) changes direction, a serious mishap could occur. What I'd appreciate is a reasonable call out ("on your left") or the use of a bell. I would say that only about 10 percent of bikers actually do this. Could the city please engage in some education regarding biking etiquette? Could we please have some signage in parks, on trails, and places where people often bicycle?

My whole bedroom is lit up from the nuisance light next-door that is in violation of the City of Bloomington code, yet there is no enforcement. There is light trespass as well as glare from the unshielded light which has a totally exposed element.
Please enforce with all owners of this property.

This location at 10th St near Fountain Park Apartments and the United States Postal Service has a high volume of pedestrian traffic, especially between the apartment complex and the post office. However, there is only a pedestrian crossing sign in one direction, and there are no road markings indicating a crosswalk.
Many drivers do not stop for pedestrians, creating a dangerous situation for those crossing the street. I am concerned for the safety of residents and postal customers, as the current setup does not effectively alert drivers to pedestrian activity in this area.
Would it be possible to add crosswalk markings and additional signage in both directions, or consider other safety improvements, such as a pedestrian-activated crossing light? These changes could greatly enhance safety for the community. Thank you for considering this request.

Lighting for Cedar Creek Assisted Living sign is BLINDING at night. I have almost hit a bicyclist, a dog, and a deer turning onto Adams from Tapp Road at the roundabout because the sign lighting sits below the level of the sign. If it was raised up on both sides by 4-6 inches it would hit the sign- which is what it should do, not blind drivers or walkers entering the neighborhood.

Received call to HAND Dept. Wished to remain anonymous. Reporting gravel from the alleyway extending into the back-yard, likely for parking and does not think this is allowed. Would like a compliance officer to observe and issue citation.

"Music Lessons" sign under the Speed Limit sign on S Walnut, next to the IUCU bank parking lot. The address of the bank is 105 Winslow Rd, but the sign is on S Walnut, looks like the 2400 block.

Driveway by my house is cracked, but new sidewalk repairs do not seem to be including it. Anyone I can talk with about this?
