228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. There are a few areas on E Ridgeview Dr. and E Sunny Slopes Dr. that the roads are partially blocked by low hanging trees. Specifically across from 214 E Ridgeview Dr. This is any already blind curve, but the tree is hanging too far into the street making it unsafe because drivers are swerving to miss it and not seeing oncoming traffic, also making it unsafe work those walking. Last year it was partially trimmed back by the city. We would like it trimmed back to the edge of the road. Thank you!

On Winslow Road, in the West bound lane, near Winslow Court, there is a distinct hollow echo when vehicles drive over a specific spot. I'm concerned that a void may have appeared over the years.

Received a call from resident's son at 1118 S. Rogers Street that tree shrub on property of 1117 S. Rogers has overgrown and obstructed the side walk. Resident's son indicated that mother is elderly and has had to deal with the issue for the last 5 years.

Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled) Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms. Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First. About once a year, the alley ways need trimmed back of the bushes that overgrow into them. The area of concern are the alley going north/south just east of the Atwater Ave Subway restaurant between Atwater and Hunter, and the one going east west from Woodlawn to Faculty Dr. I drive these alleys daily and have noticed the branches have gotten to the point of needing trimmed. Intersection of Ruby and Circle Drive. This is part of the Allen-Covenanter Greenway for cyclists. The other day I was coming from Circle, ready to turn left on Ruby, when I almost hit a cyclist on Ruby, whom I had not seen because of the high grasses in the yard of the Ruby-Circle Drive corner house. Maybe the 2 bushes closest to the intersection could be cut back, for better visibility for motorists coming from Circle Drive.
