There has been a navy blue trailer parked in front of my house for over a week now. I have never seen anyone get into it and hasn't been moved since it first showed up. Is there any regulations for how long someone can leave an abandon trailer somewhere?
Speed limits are often not observed, especially during higher traffic times of day. It is not uncoomon that I am passed while driving my daughter to school.

This renter from Venezuela does not understand laws in America whatsoever. He stole my Son’s bike 4 years ago because it was not locked at the moment and he said in Venezuela if it was not locked anyone could have it. His friend almost killed me speeding through the 3- way stop sign at night. I don’t care if people roll through it but he was flying and didn’t even look. He now has a licensed motorcycle parked in the back patio. What if he hit or scared a pet or Child moving it to the back? It also invicites a feeling of impending crime ( stolen motorcycle). I want this report to remain ANONYMOUS.
While it's always been an issue by my definition, the amount of speeding has seemed to have gone way up in recent weeks/months. There are a lot of kids playing in this general area and many of us in the neighborhood are more and more concerned. What can be done?
Mitsubishi Spyder silver 514TWW all tires are flat, Registration expired 2 years ago. It is unsafe as the roads in the neighborhood are already narrow and is an impediment to pedestrian and motor traffic.
This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. Oaklawn Park is in City limits and has rentals. Wish to remain anonymous thanks
