Hello, I'm writing on behalf of my nephew Robert who idolize police officers. He is special needs young man who has overcome dozens of surgeries and brain aneurysms. Right now he is in a police explorer program, he completely loves the program. Besides the program he gathers a tremendous amount of joy from collecting business cards from police officers. His collection has grown to 2000 business cards along with trading cards and badges. He cherishes his collection as if they are rare jewels. I want to help his collection grow. I appreciate any help with this. Thank you for your time, Rebecca Plank 2818 Belknap Way San Diego, CA 92106 (408)391-5027
There is a vehicle parked in the public parking area on the East side of Wewtplex Ave without plates, and appears inoperable.
Not sure where this should be reported. This truck parks on the road and in the bike lane frequently. Temporary license 96J1316
White van with flat tires on n Washington south of 11th st.
Traffic along 1st and 2nd Streets and Henderson continues to increase in volume, speed, and non-compliance with stop signs. This is especially evident during morning and afternoon rush hours. Drivers have found they can cross town faster by cutting through core neighborhoods and ignoring traffic laws, than using major thoroughfares. Increased police presence would likely get these cars back on major roads. It is important the city realizes that it is the breaking of traffic laws that is making this traffic pattern desirable for drivers. I live at 1st and Henderson and less than 50% of cars come to a complete stop at this intersection.
Abandoned beige van parked on right side of College Ave. in front of the scholars inn bed & breakfast

TO whomever patrols SR#37 just north of Bloomington (heading north). THANK YOU for stopping to check when my car was on the side of the road with my hazzard lights on. I SO appreciate the stop. I had called AAA and they were on their way, but I was SO glad that an officer (two different ones) stopped to see if I needed assistance. My flat tire was immaginary (AAA guy was not amuzed but accomodating). The road is bumpy and my indicator light said I had a flat tire, so I did what I thought I should do. So much for BMW indicator lights - they are a bit too sensitive - but I want to THANK those of you who check on stranded motorists. It is so very much appreciated and comforting.
