What is wrong with the police or resource officers or who ever is suppose to respond to noise complaints??? If you have had 5 plus callers for the same address and then proceed to tell me someone MAY come out its low on our priority list. So the safety and well being of your community is definitely not number one on your list I see. Why have an ordnance if you aren't going to in force it?!
I frequently see cars cutting through the Dunkin’ Donuts parking to bypass the traffic light at the intersection of S., College, Mall Rd. and the IHOP parking lot.
A police car (#129) turned right on a red light, despite a big obvious sign that says NO TURN ON RED. They did not have their lights or siren on. This was at 5:11 pm on Aug 28, heading west on 3rd street, turning north onto Rogers. These signs are meant to protect pedestrians. Aren’t cops supposed to model legal behavior in traffic?
For several months, there have been 2 vehicles parked in the street at 508 Harvey Dr., one has no tags the other has 2019 tags. If I read the code properly, this is a violation and should have been resolved long before now. There is also a vehicle parked in the driveway with multiple flat tires that I am suspicious of as also not being properly plated which should also be a violation if it is not. A separate issue is, the address also has a refrigerator and a chest freezer stored outside. Is this also a safety hazard and provides an opportunity for child entrapment? Thank you.
Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. There is a group of homeless people set up with a whole camp behind the health department. It is becoming an issue.
White vehicle has been parked on the street for months, no plate, cannot be moved. It is a street annoyance and hazard.
For BPD: reported multiple times. There is a run down RV parked at the end of N Gates Drive behind Kohls on the west side. Please address this. Looks creepy and people are definitely living in and out of it.
