Is it really true that the city plans to prohibit right turns onto Indiana Ave from Third St? If so, we need new city officials.

I have been a teacher at the Project School for 3 years now and we are in desperate need of more clear signage that Smith Ave is a one way street going west, especially now that Chocolate Moose has started food truck fridays again. I'm guessing because of the bike lane and the stop sign going East it may confuse drivers, but I think we need paint on the road with arrows and more one way signage.
There is a light on a utility pole at the dead-end of S. College Ave. This dead-end location is used as access to the B-Line trail. Unfortunately, there have been car break-ins along this street. I own the home at 1605 S. College Ave. and we've had 2 car break-ins at this location. It appears that the thief is using the access to the trail as a dark and quick get-away. This light needs repaired to prevent crime in this area.
Several areas of this trail are overgrown making it difficult to walk let alone bike.
The homeless have again made a large mess along the creek near Patterson. Much of it can be seen from Patterson near the creek and bridge. There are derelict tents, food trash, needles, mattresses,
Fallen tree limb on the Rogers Rd multiuse path.
A part of the road along the temp Cascades trail along Old 37 washed away between Saturday and Sunday.
THANK YOU for keeping the path clear of leaves this fall. It has enhanced our walk each day. We also appreciate the two new "bridges" across the path where water used to stand. Very nice. I'm wondering if the southern most "bridge" will get a railing of some kind. It seems a little precarious for walkers who might lose their balance. Thanks for considering this safety feature.
Old 37 & n walnut. The ped xing across walnut (part of the cascades trail that connects to griffy) is still / again broken. I stayed for five minutes, pushed the beg buttons lots of times, tried both directions. Always the red hand, never the white walk. The intersection is cycling normally and promptly for cars. The crossing of old 37 appears to be operating in ped recall mode (ie, working), though its countdown timer is misconfigured. But the high-stress crossing of walnut is versnickered. I get sick when i think how many millions of dollars we've spent on this recreational facility to still have this gap in the most dangerous part.
The right of way between 911 and 917 N. Maple St is overgrown and needs a mow.
