The West side multi-use path on Rogers Street between Patterson and Rockport, and most notably the section between the Hillside intersection and Cherokee Drive needs cleaned/serviced. It is covered in road debris and gravel/glass and is beginning to be unsafe for biking. I busted a tube and tire on my commute from Cherokee Drive yesterday morning riding over debris. bike islands are a terrible idea, I am an every day bike commuter and I just about hit 5 college kids as the got off the bus staring at their phones and texting. SERIOUSLY, COME ON.

After parking four cars in the alley, these left and a single car was left in the alley, as well as the private basketballhoop that should not be stored in the public alley. Request No parking sign to be placed here as well as removal of stored basketball hoop and pails with iron fenceholders. Illegal frat uses alley as private storage and parking lot.
Alley between Union and Bryan, just north of 5th is barely passable in a small passenger car due to vehicles poorly parked in the alley. One of the vehicles is a yellow VW Bug.
A tree fell on power lines next to Willows Apartments. It must've happened during the last storm. It's been several days and no one has done anything, so I wanted to make sure the City knew about it. Potentially hazardous, also blocks sight when pulling out of the Willows Apartments.
Does the city have a plan for taking in, and disposing of, our old trash bins and cans? Saying that "Residents are encouraged to reuse their old trash cans as yard waste containers" seems ingenuous. How long a yard waste season goes Bloomington have? -- 6 months? Where will I store 2 35-gal. cans and a 20-gal., plus the 3 bins currently used for recycling -- since my garage will be filled up with two 64-vallon containers?
I live at 712 North Washington. I asked for a medium size recycling bin and I got a small one. How can I exchange it? Also my recycling bin was left in the street by the sanitation worker. Is this the new policy?
Thank you for new trash/recycling system. It is convenient. I don't have to carry heavy bins. No sorting needed. I'm grateful!
