I am in apartment 13 at Bart Villa with the address being 2307 E 2nd St, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA. There is a neighbor that is above me which I am not sure of the number of the apartment, but they have a dog that parks through out the day and night for hours at time. I am struggling to get sleep because of this and makes unbearable to be in my room during the day.

Noticed tents set up in two areas of town last week. Not sure if reported here or if others have reported.. Tents north of Kroger on kinser pike on 45/46. Down in bottom area.. visible when going north. Other tents seen off Tapp road on wiemer road(believe that’s name). Just behind old mill area where farmers market is. The Stonebelt house next door always BLASTS music at late hours of the night, for example right now, at 1:30 AM.

The side of the road is full of pine needle's and debris. It covers the storm grates. The street sweeper cleaned one side but not the other. That’s been a week ago.

There has been a car alarm going off for 2 days. The car is located in the back of Timber Ridge Apartments. Unhoused Crawford residents have been breaking into cars, stealing and setting off alarms in the complex

There is a street light out on the corner of Grimes and Dunn St. We have had some vandalism to neighborhood cars and several neighbors have expressed concerns that Dunn street is not well lit. We could use additional street lighting and replacement of existing lights that are not working.
