Street Lights

We live in a neighborhood off That Rd. between 37 and Rogers St. We are at the end of a dead end road and there has been a "dead end" sign missing for over a year now. No one has driven through this, but we think that someone could in the future. We also get numerous vehicles that have to turn around in our driveway because of this as well.
This may or may not be in your area, but I thought I'd pass it along. If it's not in city limits, could you possibly pass it along to the proper people.
Thanks!

This is a corner house at the corner of Oxford and Thornton drive. There is a street lamp on the Thornton side that is NOT a Duke street lamp. It does not work at all. I can't report it to Duke because it doesn't have a Duke number and isn't in their system. That intersection of Oxford and Thornton is very dark.

This is NOT a Duke light. It doesn't have a Duke number and is NOT on a Duke pole. The light is actually around the corner on Thornton Drive and does not work. The Thornton/Oxford intersection is very dark

You closed my previous report, but now you have more campers here today than when I originally reported. And you have a camper that is camping on the side of the road

I was driving in my car last night after dark and was headed south on Walnut Street when the red flashing lights for the trail crossing by the Switchyard Park entrance were activated. I stopped. I could not see any person right away. Then, a guy came out from behind the pole for the crossing button and walked across the street. What I noticed is that the area is very dark. There are no street lights or other illuminating features that make it so a motorist can see someone on the sidewalk and entering the crosswalk. It seems like it would be a bonus feature to light up the crosswalk with street lights overhead so a person becomes visible in the road to make it safer.

Turning left at this intersection is very difficult. At 7:30 A.M. I had to wait for 3 minutes at this light and at 5 P.M. I had to wait for 5 minutes and I was beginning to back up into the intersection behind it. The light isn’t green for long enough probably only about 30 seconds. There is also a sign that says left turn yields on flashing yellow but the light never turns flashing yellow. If the green arrow light was longer and it became flashing yellow when appropriate this would likely solve the problem.
