The trash pickup truck just went by my street, picking up trash notmally. But the truck was playing loud music filled with obscenities and violent language. There are 5 street lights out between the College Mall Road and Union Street intersections with 3rd street.
The street light across from my house goes out, comes back on, goes out. Marked by the number 15.
Light is only on for a minute or so before turning off again.
