You closed my previous report, but now you have more campers here today than when I originally reported. And you have a camper that is camping on the side of the road

All of N Madison street parking by the Mill is reserved for permit holders from the Mill. When will permit parkers be directed to the Trades Parking Garage, and make North Madison available for public metered parking?
Details: Just off E Third Street in front of house 213 Overhill, there is a big orange sign "Right lane closed ahead". The sign has been there for months, while there seems nothing going on ahead. Did they forget to take away the sign after the construction was done?!
This is the address of our neighbors. They have several dead trees with very large limbs that fall on our house, cars, and in our yard. We have made attempts to speak with them via knocking and letters all to no avail. These trees are dangerous and could fall and injure anyone in my family, my house, or our cars at any time. we need to know what can be done about this issue.
Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Kristen Strandberg
We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.
Hello, I am the facilities manager of Trinity Episcopal Church (111 s Grant Street). I reported a gas meter that I believe is unsafe. My case was closed with no further discussion about the concerns of the Church or the well-being and safety of us or our neighbors. The pipe on the meter is NOT well protected and it juts out beyond the profile of the building. Large trucks traverse that alley, not to mention cars. Our building has been struck on occasion by vehicles driving through or backing up while delivering food/supplies etc. The small pipe protecting the meter is only 4 feet tall and has been struck one time already by the wheel of a vehicle. We strongly believe that this will not be the last time and that our building and the well-being of its occupants are being placed in an unsafe situation. While I did not ask that the meter be moved - I would ask that it be better protected at the very least. The pipe protecting it is NOT adequate and it does not address the remainder of the gas pipe that is in danger of being struck by the mirrors or other parts of the very large trucks that regularly enter and exit that alleyway. These are the two issues we want addressed. I will be saving copies of this report and the last one - along with the city's response in our files here at Trinity. When that pipe is struck by a passing vehicle, we will be holding all of the parties we've reported this issue to, responsible. I strongly urge the City and the Gas Company Centerpoint to reconsider leaving that meter in its unsafe and inadequately protected condition. Thank you, Kevin Burdeshaw Facilities Manager Trinity Episcopal Church

There is a very active illegal homeless encampment located immediately south of the Indiana Rail Road overpass and immediately west of College Avenue and east of the Morton Street dead-end; in Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1747596,-86.5358286,3a,75y,39.76h,83.3t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sqPoXwFjh7ATdt8Gpx650kQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DqPoXwFjh7ATdt8Gpx650kQ%26cb_client%3Dsearch.revgeo_and_fetch.gps%26w%3D96%26h%3D64%26yaw%3D51.93823%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192. This is a heavily overgrown area. The encampment includes a large tarp roof area and at least one hammock. I observed yesterday at least ten (10) people clearly living in this area.
