In the Spring someone from my office could never find someone in the Morton parking garage so that she could buy the $40 parking pass. Now i am having difficulty contacting someone during business hours for the same reason. I have left 2 messages and continue to try and no one answers the phone. Who else can i call or email? The BHSS football games are absurdly loud. We should not have to hear their announcements indoors with the windows closed from over a mile away.
There are creepy handwritten signs on Kirkwood today (Mon morning). There is one directly across from Uptown on a trash can, another further towards campus, and the 3rd one on my route is on the pizzaria corner. They are threatening in tone; they say people in the city should leave town as it's "the time of vengence." The Pizzaria one says to be alert because enemies are waiting to devour us like lions. Upsetting.
Multiple helicopters flying low for an extended period around Broadview neighborhood and Switchyard Park after dark, causing our house to vibrate and frightening our animals. Multiple explosions heard.
Construction noise complaint
Does this reference case #155817? Very disgruntled resident of condo community bordering Clarizz Blvd just called referring back to what I assume is case #155817. He said he called Streets Dept two days ago to report that the east side of Clarizz hadn't been mowed for weeks. He wanted to report to the mayor the "very rough job that can barely be considered mowing -- it still looks like a hay field. This is NOT Bloomington. I expect this will be taken care of and if not appropriately dealt with then I will go to the H-T." Could the mowing job be checked, please? Thanks for your help.

Large pothole on 2nd where BLine crosses going east
There is a bus stop at south clarizz blvd and woods at Latimer, however there is no street light near the bus stop. It is very unsafe and difficult to access the bus stop after 9 pm or after 5 pm in the winters. And since it’s a busy street it is often dangerous to cross the road to get to the apartments nearby. The turn for E stratum way and s clarizz blvd also needs a street light! As a woman I feel quite unsafe trying to get to my apartment later in the evenings
