There is a City bench that is secured to the concrete, and someone has put their belongings underneath it, put a blue tarp over it, and tied it down. It has been there for two weeks now, and it is across from Chocolate Moose on the corner of Smith and Walnut.
i did trash pick up on tapp and someon winslow rd and walnut street pike today. but as usual i cant get that strip on country club road, from rogers to rockport rd. theres no shoulder there to the rd so i cant risk picking that up. be great if the city or the b town crew, could get that strip. its getting bad there. i picked it up the last time about 3;30 am one morn before traffic got out much, but still to risky. thanks
This is the 3rd time I am reporting this problem. This light works intermittantly, but mostly off. The light in on the south side of the street in the middle of E Wyndam Crt. in front of the empty lot.

My question is, how can a situation be closed, when nothing was done to fix the problem. The lights have not been relocated. The new lights will be relocated along the trail between Hawthorne and Weatherstone. The LED lighting fixture mounted on the existing wooden pole will remain in the same location. Please let me know if this light is too bright by emailing me at smithc@bloominton.in.gov.
There's no lighting on this small street, and the sidewalks are somewhat uneven. Would be nice to have some lighting for when it gets dark so early.
Park Ridge East Park is very very very dark at night. Feels dangerous to walk Greenway. Can we get one more light even? Thank you.

Along entire length of the street weeds and overgrowth high, hazardous conditions for pedestrians and drivers.
There is a syringe along the road about half way between 6th and 7th on Oak street. It is right across the street from the very large sycamore tree on the west side.
