The clay and gravel appeared after the home owner had work done on the north, alley side of herproperty. After she had the excavated material put on the tree plot, she informed the neighborhood listserv that there was "topsoil" if any of us wanted it. I am replying to an email from Adam Wason- he told me to tell my condo HOA to put up a sign ‘ no soliciting’ as a response to my complaint against Comcast for hanging a 24 inch flyer on my doorknob. I suggest the City either ticket xfinity, pass an ordinance requiring them to have a local phone number so denizens can call them and complain, or both. There is no local number only the Corporate Comcast.
