Good Morning. Our recycling container was not fully emptied this morning. Would you please have the recycling truck come back by our home to fully empty our containers? Over the past few weeks, recycling has been strewn about the streets throughout Eastern Heights. It appears that papers and other lightweight items are floating out when the carts are being dumped into the truck.
