My recycling can is missing. We came home from vacation to find that the recycling can we left at the curb is missing. The trash can is still there, but not recycling. We need a replacement can, please. Thank You.
The lid on our recycling bin is broken
Our recycling bin lid was broken this morning during our weekly pick up.
Someone dumped their trash in our bin without our permission. This caused the lid to be propped open.
You guys keep only taking about half the recycling. Please be sure to dump it all in the truck—3 weeks in a row now.
Significant damage to recycling bin when we checked on it this morning after pick up. The wheel and pin have come completely detached from the base, making it so we won't be able to pull it with the wheels. One wheel was found down by our neighbor's driveway. There was no notice left, but I have to select something below to move forward with submission.

Citizen called to report that his recycling was picked up today but not his trash. He said his neighbor's trash was picked up. He would like a call back to confirm if the driver will be coming by today to collect.
