I have been charged for 2 large pickup items and I have only lived here for 2 months and I haven’t had any large items put out with trash other than a box that didn’t fit in recycling bin.
I was billed $1 for yard waste pick up but we did not ever put out any yard waste. My Account number is: 3125-003. It's the bill on 6/25/2019.

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. Not sure why my trash was not picked up yesterday (Thursday). My recycling was collected, but not two bags of trash (with stickers showing clearly). I guess I can put them in my garage until next Wednesday night, but if there was a problem with the trash that kept it from being picked up, I would like to know what that problem was.
I do not see a way on the website to give feedback so I am using this form. I would ask that you forward the information to the Sanitation Department. I was reading the proposed changes to the trash pick-up at https://bloomington.in.gov/sanitationmodernization. It states that the new rates would be $6-$18/month. This penalizes families who work hard to reduce waste. For the past decade or more we have averaged fewer than 8-10 bags of garbage a year. You are proposing that I now start paying a monthly fee whether I put out garbage or not. I will not belabor the point, but you are asking me to go from paying $16/year to, at best, $72/year. This would not appear to incent conservation in any way.

Trash in my neighborhood (Clifton, Hunter, 2nd St., Eastside, etc.) was not picked up today, Monday, including my trash. I hope it will it be picked up.
I have been unable to get through to Sanitation, so I am using this source to ask 2 questions. How many gallons do the current trash cans hold? I'm asking about the cans which the city now limits in size. Will I be able to change to a different size should my guess about what my needs will be under the new system? Max Skirvin
Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG
