Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. If I have a large piece of cardboard, such that a 55" TV came in, does that have to be cut up in small pieces and tied in a bundle to fit in the recycle container? Thanks

We put our Christmas tree out Monday for pick-up on Monday since this is the last week for it and it was not picked up. The recycling crew shook the snow off and pulled it out further so it wouldn't be missed but it is still there as of this morning. My address is 807 S. Mitchell. Please advise on the best way to proceed. Thank you all so much for all you do!

Good morning, I am just curious if our trash and recycle will be picked up this week. I am at 1110 N Jackson Street. Our trash/recycle did not get picked up for two weeks during the holidays and it became an issue where we could not fit all of our recycle in the bin within your guidelines and had to keep it another week. This morning when I went to bring in my trash and recycling containers I noticed that my trash had not yet been picked up. I do see, however, that all of my neighbors have brought in their containers. I only have about one small grocery bag of trash per week, but it is still in the bottom of my trash can. As I am required to pay for this service weekly, is it possible to have my bill reduced this month as I have not received the service? thank you, Cynthia Ramlo

Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help.
