Hello, I’m writing to request assistance with picking up a tree that was downed on my property. I have already cut the tree into manageable pieces and placed the debris by the side of the road in front of my yard, ready for pickup. Some disrespectful person dumped their trash bags at the corner of E. Sheridan Drive and S. Ballantine. Would you please send someone to pick up the trash? I would do it myself, but not sure what sort of toxic garbage is in the bags. Thank you.

Our trash was not picked up on Thursday 6/26, our recycling was picked up. Normally we could wait, however we lost power for over 2 days and our container is filled with perishable food. I have called multiple times today and gave not been able to speak to anyone. Message says they are closed. Please help, we will have an extreme health issue if this is not resolved ASAP. Thank you,

It looks like the trash truck was leaking some sort of white liquid that smells putrid. It follows a line along the trash cans of all of our houses in the cul-de-sac. Can you please send someone to clean this up ASAP? We are putting our house on the market right now and this will be a deterrent for buyers. Thank you in advance for your help! Best, Jake

On early Wednesday, 7/2, one of the sanitation trucks picking up trash spilled white liquid on the roads along Spicewood II (Buttonwood, Cottonwood & Elderberry Lanes). A street cleaner came by Thursday but only did a portion of the streets and it didn't attempt to clean in along the east side of Buttonwood where there is a sizable amount of the spill. It's unknown what was spilled along every road but it's very gross and needs further attention by the City. Thank you.
