It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.
Someone illegally dumped a rug on the gravel part of the alley next to my 708 E 11th St house.
My trash/recycle was not picked up this past Monday since a car parked too close to the containers. Sanitation person said she would arrange a pickup om Friday. NO ONE PICKED UPI MY TRASH. I contacted them again and the switchboard person said she would email them to call me. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I contacted the Mayors office and the recording said to leave a my phone # to receive a call back. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I understand there are phone problems but it should not mean that the residents of this city should be neglected. Regardless of the phones, my trash should have been picked up on Friday. I would like to speak to someone in charge, not some underling that will blow me off. My number is 812-327-2949
Hi—where can i find the schedule for trash pick up?
The lid on my trash bin is slightly bent. I can get it to close, but after the trash is picked up, it won't close completely. If it is raining, the bin fills with water. Can someone fix this? Thank you!
Cart 0917011265 small trash has a broken left wheel. Black plastic wheel broken. Still attached somewhat but if can be fixed or replaced that would be great!
Our cart sustains damage caused by City services this morning.
Missed my recycling. Had container at curb but driver did not pick up.
This resident has had their recycling bin stolen and would like a replacement.
Recycling was picked up but the bin is also gone. Needs a replacement. Wanted to know if he could have a larger recycle bin, but if it's more money then just give him a normal sized one.
