Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help. I have four garbage cabs full of yard waste ( twigs and branches) that can not be used for compost. Can the city pick this up before April.? I still have a lot to be collected. address 3712 Brownridge Rd.
My yard waste has not been picked up. If it begins only at a particular date, why can't I find that on the website?
