We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. My tree branches were not picked up despite being at the curb last week. I created a ticket last week with UReport. Rhea closed the ticket stating that I was told what to do. That is false. No one ever contacted us and the ticket was closed without anything being done or fixed
My recyle bin was missing on the sanitation day's morning around 7am. I tried to find it in the neighborhood with no success. I would appreciate your help with a replacement.
IRT U-Report 204012. the trash is located on city property at the intersection of E. Sheridan Drive and S. Ballantine. Did the inspector look at all four corners of the intersection????? I would have to guess not, as the garbage is still there!! Please take a second and look and do a more thorough inspection. Thank you.
I have left bundles of yard waste out now twice on the designated pickup dates (2025-07-21 and 2025-07-07) and they were not retrieved. These are just sticks and branches, well within the weight and size limitations.

Today, Tuesday, July 29, 2025, is my normal trash pickup day. When I put my trash and recycling bins out last night, the street was clear, but from 6:30 on this morning, the sewer repair crew has blocked the street, and so my trash and recycling bins are still in front of my house but blocked by work crews. Will they return to pick it up?
