Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Good morning.....we are on Monday A schedule pick up. today we had some moving boxes, that were flattened and standing beside the recycling bin, and unfortunately our recycling service did not pick up the boxes. they would not fit inside the bin, due to the measurements of the box. If these won't fit inside the bin, do I have to schedule a large pick up and have them picked up by trash and not recycle them? our address is 709 S. clifton Avenue, bloomington, 47401. This morning we had trash pick-up and I also had two cans with yard waste. I happened to see that the sanitation workers emptied our neighbor's and our yard waste into the trash truck. Why is that? I was shocked to see that happen.

Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. If you could please send the recycling truck back by our house, we would appreciate it, and also if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Not a huge deal so long as it doesn't keep happening but only half of my cart was dumped in Park ridge East this week. (Trash, recycling was fine) Are they using automatic grabbers now? Please try to make sure it comes out of the can! Thank you

I live on a corner lot and always bring trash to the "front" for collection. Would it be fine to leave it on the side yard instead since a street is there too for pickup? It's a much shorter drag of the bins there. Thank you.
