Crumbling sidewalk on Autumn Drive on left between 2208 and 2218. Loose gravel is a tripping hazard. I have fallen twice when I walk my dogs in my neighborhood. Second time reporting this problem
Crumbling sidewalk with loose gravel on left side of Autumn Drive between house number 2208 and 2218. Hazardous.. I have tripped and fallen twice as I walk my dogs. Second time I have reported this problem. I'm 74 and don't want to break a hip!!
This curb is at the alleyway S of 1818 Apparel Co. on N College. It, and the next 5-6 sidewalk slabs South, represent the last obstacles to power wheelchairs using the sidewalk from Square Donuts to CVS. This trip has become increasingly important for me since my Rx's were transferred as part of the Marsh shutdown on N Kinser.
The middle LED sidewalk light west of the pedestrian bridge alongside Country Club has been out for a year. I've reported this before.
The sidewalk along the E side of N. Walnut opposite M.S. park, passing "Running Crab;" rotten R.R. tie retaining wall is falling into the sidewalk. Condition worsens N.B. all the way to the corner at the Hampton Inn.

Hi there, I am living at 311 E. 10th street and to the east of the house, is a public alley road for cars to drive back to the parking lots behind the houses in that vicinity. Over the past few months, we have seen increase sizes of the existing potholes that were there probably from last winter or just erosion over time. This alley way is a gravel drive so as cars continue to drive on it, the potholes get bigger and deeper. I was seeing if there is a possibility before the winter to get the holes filled in with asphalt or gravel to prevent our sedans from bottoming out and scraping the ground with our cars. I know that this alley road is a popular road for the tenants that live within a few houses of the alley because it is one of the main access points to the parking lot in the back of the houses. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to even see if it is possible to accomplish before the first snow fall this year. There is no cut out to help those in wheel chairs. This should be an accessible sidewalk.
I'm not sure which service to report this under, but Deer Park Management has not been sufficiently taking care of leaf removal at The Boulders apartment complex. They hired a contractor, who just blew the leaves onto the curb/street/sidewalk, leaving some of the sidewalks covered in leaves (slippery when wet), and blocking storm drains in the street. I also noticed on the leaf pickup map that our neighborhood was marked as complete, but if you were to drive through, you would see that this isn't the case (S. Weatherstone Lane).
