On 6/13 a community member tripped and fell on uneven sidewalk on Sare Road, somewhere between between the Olcott Park path and East Canada Drive. This was during a Parks & Recreation Walking Club event. The sidewalk in this area has some raised, very uneven sections in several places. The woman who fell bruised her knee and hands and had to be driven home, she was unable to finish the planned walk.

The plow drivers did an excellent job clearing Creekside CT. Unfortunately they put all of that snow from Creekside CT 3ft high and 4ft deep in my driveway across the street at 3707 E Winston St. In the future can this be avoided?

This is a school bus stop area and many people walk here. I moved here 2 years ago and have put $250.000 into the house and property. All is looking good but the sidewalk and curb are in shambles. I edge my lawn and take care to make the area look as good as possible for the neighborhood. But the sidewalk and curb are a hazard to anyone walking on it.

I appreciate the snow removal services provided by the City. After today's snow, I noticed that the lower part of our street was clear but the cul-de-sac was not. This is the first time this has occurred. As the snow season begins I thought I would check in to make sure that it is planned that the cul-de-sac will normally receive the same services as the rest of the street. Thank you.

Pot hole filling debris all over the road! Two nights ago we believe that a snow plow inadvertently dug up and distributed debris from a pot hole that was coming undone. Black sticky stuff has been spread up the road and on our driveway (only a little on our driveway). The debris is a a hazard, and of course, the pot hole is too. We hope that the street can be cleaned up sooner rather than later please.

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. Large tree limb down at 3910 E. Brighton Crest. In the Gentry Honours subdivision. Limb is lying in the area between sidewalk and street.
