I'm confused. When I go to U Repor for a Sidewalk and Curb problem it shows that case #180502 has been Closed:Resolved even though the sunken curb hasn't been repaired, and Mr. Axsom says that I'm still on the list?

Failed asphalt in multiple areas of the Oliver and Ramble Road W stormdrains were noted with stormdrain grate clearing. How can this loose road material be reclaimed and reused and can trashbags be provided for the adopt a stormdrain for yard waste and added to trash bins.
