Sidewalk has lifted due to tree roots
Please accept this report regarding the broken/missing curb section located at 500 N Walnut Street, Bloomington, IN. I have attached a picture. This is the third report for this issue. The curb is in front of Lockerbie Court Condominiums Thank you, Mike 812-334-8200 812-679-7756 manager@olympusproperties.com
Pothole on Walnut St. is very deep and there were no signs. I turned onto Walnut from 11th street and there were no warnings for the pothole. My car bottomed out and cracked the front bumper and broke clips to where it is hanging. I parked to look at the pothole and walked up the street and took pictures, showing that there are no signs, and to show that this pothole is very deep, roughly a 2" drop. This incident occurred on Sunday August 23, 2015.
Sidewalk in front of 717 n Washington is rapidly deteriorating with large chunks of concrete breaking free and ending up in the road. The resulting holes seem like significant tripping hazards.
Broken glass on sidewalk at 515 n Washington
Broken bottles in the street 415 north Lincoln.
Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.
Street lights have been out for more than a week on Walnut from 10th street to the railroad overpass north of 12th.
The sand in the intersection of 12 and Washington is quite hazardous to cyclists turning onto Washington; could this be swept up please?
Sidewalk on west side of Lincoln, just north of 11th is below street grade and floods every time it rains.
