The traffic light at College Mall/Hillside/Sare/Moores Pike is malfunctioning and not triggering to let eastbound traffic go straight off of hillside

E. Covenanter signal at College Mall Rd stays green far too long 24 hours a day. 50 seconds is too long for the amount of traffic that uses Covenanter. It causes back-ups on College Mall Rd during the day, and I sat for almost a minute at 2am last night on the way to the emergency room.

The traffic signal only lets 6 cars go on Bloomfield Rd with nobody waiting on Adams Street. Then it holds forever for Adams St.

The intersection of W Hunter Valley Road and State Road currently has a no turn on red sign for those turning right onto State Rd 46 from Hunter Valley Road. Is it possible when west bound State Rd 46 traffic has a green light/arrow to turn left onto Hunter Valley Road that those north bound on Hunter Valley Road wanting to turn Right get a green arrow also? Lights at N Kinser Pike/W Indiana 45 Bypass and those at Walnut/College and W Indiana 45 Bypass get out of sync every time there is a IU basketball or football game. These lights usually line up green and red but currently when Kinser is green, walnut/college is red causing a bottleneck from the west (W Indiana 45) and north (N Kinser Pike). When these lights are synced up, the traffic in this area moves through much smoother.

See case #193315. Issue continues. Same tenant (male, dark skin, dark hair, dark eyes) almost hit bicyclist this morning driving the wrong way on a one-way street (Lincoln) after turning south from 12th Street.
