Traffic Signals:
Other: Lights at N Kinser Pike/W Indiana 45 Bypass and those at Walnut/College and W Indiana 45 Bypass get out of sync every time there is a IU basketball or football game. These lights usually line up green and red but currently when Kinser is green, walnut/college is red causing a bottleneck from the west (W Indiana 45) and north (N Kinser Pike). When these lights are synced up, the traffic in this area moves through much smoother.
