Reporting AGAIN this issue. This section of E 3rd Street, from 446 to Clarizz, is dangerous since you've taken the lanes from 4 to 2. The number of wrecks has increased SIGNIFICANTLY. Today, a motorcyclist. Last week a rear-ending. Most of this results from traffic coming west over the hill and there's simply too much traffic for the 2 lanes. The city has approved these apartments along this stretch and traffic load has gone up while lanes cut in half. PEOPLE ARE GETTING HURT as a result of this change. This is directly the city and collab with the state's fault. I hold you responsible for this change. FIX IT.

I thought I sent a U-Report. When I have done this in the past, I then usually receive an email acknowledging it was received and a case number. Last evening and again today have not received one. I have been a city volunteer first serving on the Environmental Commission for five years and Since stepping down ince then with the Park Department, Utility Department and with MC-IRIS on environmental issues. Flood control and preventing waste contaminating is still part of my present volunteering. As part of these efforts, I remove litter and street debris from storm drains in my neighborhood and City Parks. I have been collecting broken pavement and plastic waste. The plastic waste I either dispose of in either my residential trash or a park trash barrel. The pavement I seperate and store until I submit a U-request for a sanatation crew to pick up at my the edge our driveway. That was the nature of my recent U-report attempt.
I have placed a strong plastic bag of broken pavement on the bottom west side edge of my driveway for a pick up. My address is 2305 S. Sussex Dr.

Potholes on W. 1st and Wylie/Euclid from big trucks/heavy traffic in demolition work past few years. Right by parking lot for rental houses.

The crew that has come in to work on the construction across from us have been incredibly disrespectful. They brought their three trucks in blacking our street and parking in our permit parking spots of my apartments as well as the apartments across from us. I then looked over to see that one of their men has come over to pee in the apartment parking lot when there is a Porta potty not even fifty feet away. This is such disgusting behavior, to pee right outside of someone’s home, come on. Attached is a screenshot of a video I have of him doing it.

Corner of Arden Dr and Windsor Dr

Several potholes are continuing to get worse at this intersection. When turning onto Windsor Dr. from Arden, it is impossible to avoid these jokes without traveling into the opposite lane. Hank Duncan (City Bicycle Coordinator) told our subdivision last fall that the City would be redoing the streets during the Greenway project, but it has yet to be started. I left a voice mail for him 2 weeks ago, asking about the plan, but he has not responded. Please contact me.

Signs indicating that road construction is ahead have been here for months. No construction is taking place. These signs need to be removed. Leaving unnecessary warning signs up is irresponsible since it conditions people to ignore them.
