College mall/ East Moore's intersection. The eastbound light on e Moore's stays red through several cycles sometimes. Both turn lanes go and the westbound lane goes but eastbound doesn't.

Please fix this stoplight. Turn signals are triggering when there is nobody there and they hold forever. Signal definitely needs adjusted!

Some really rough pavement and a few potholes.
This is Nick from IU Campus Bus, we have had multiple reports from drivers about a large pothole near the 3rd and Jordan bus stop. If something could be done about this it would be greatly appreciated.
Big pothole on Southbound Victor Pike, not sure if it's before or after Church, but it's on the passenger side traveling southbound.
