Maximum speed limit 20 mph sign is hardly visible across from 727 W First Street, due to tree growth that is obscuring the sign.
I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. Garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up my yard and the median area. I have tried placing my bins at different locations to prevent this with no success. My address is 500 South Arbutus Drive. The photo shows the median in the cul-de-sac after garbage and recycling trucks run through it.
West 7th Street from Rogers to Fairview is full of deep and growing potholes. They are on both sides of the road and impossible to avoid. Patching has been done in the past but never holds. Can the city possibly repave this section? School buses roll through here daily and now workers who cannot park at the Johnson Cremery building are parking here, which is increasing the damage to the road.

A couple of potholes on either side of the street.
