Numerous potholes on South Park Square Drive

At the right of the entrance to the Blue Ridge neighborhood and behind the fence of 2843 N Blue Ridge Slopes is an area im trying to identify who the responsible party is for maintenance. Is this area supposed to be maintained by the resident, or the city. There are some trees that have fallen and the trunks are now on the ground, as well as brush that could be trimmed back. The BRNA does contract for the mowing of the lawn in this front parkway.

There are two large potholes on the street just in front of my house’s driveway at 4450 S. Darrell Drive. People entering my driveway have to hit them and folks driving in front of my house have to avoid them, making it dangerous when cars are coming in from the turn off the highway.
