Other: There are signs in this drain of the Monroe county govt parking lot. It is obvious that someone intentionally lifted this heavy inlet and placed trash and street sign in the way. This needs corrected immediately to fix stormwater flow here. How often are these cleaned out in this parking lot? There is so much debris and breaking apart asphalt that Monroe county is not maintaining. Also they cut down their trees and smoking continues too close to the building. How is this allowed?
The City of Bloomington does not maintain the county lot.
