Web Form: Apartment Complexes in the area? Why is it that the apartments have the sidewalk on the outside of the building cleaned but the inside court yards NOTHING is cleaned? I have seen several of the lower class apartment complexes people must pay rent on time yet when we have bad weather we still get no credit for being people living in the buildings? We are not appreciated cause we are LOWER CLASS? discrimination to me. Where is the R E S P E C T FOR US!!!!
