1.) Removed sign and documented location for a Notice of Violation to be issued. 2.) Sign was already gone from the Second and Woodscrest intersection. 3.) The southern-most sign by the the southside Kroger is on private property. The next two, at the intersection of Gordon/Rhorer and Walnut, would normally be within our jurisdiction because it is normally City right-of-way. However, the right -of-way is temporarily being maintained by Monroe County while they do their Fullerton Pike project. Monroe County would have to enforce upon these signs.
