I'm sorry that you do not like the new authentication on the CBU water utilities website.
To answer your specific question: The logout mechanism is under the menu item "user profile".
As always with most browsers and Internet sessions, logging out, closing and clearing the browser cache is one of the best ways to ensure that a previous authenticated session has been removed from the browser.
