Web Form: today, Aug 4th, two vehicles were parked on the bike path just south of the woodlawn shelter where a party is taking place. I rode my bike up the party and asked them to move their cars since they were very obviously blocking the bike path and there was a very large parking lot across the stree within view! The city must replace the ballard that was once there but destroyed by some ramming it several years ago. The peope did eventually remove their vehicles.
