The entire road of fullerton between Rockport road and 37 is full of terrible potholes. Extremely unsafe due to the elevation changes and while avoiding potholes, it is not possible to see oncoming traffic.
Do something with garrison chapel! Basement potholes everywhere!! Road is RIDICULOUS.
Smith Pike between Moores Pike and Sare Rd. Very rough and so many holes.
At the top of the hill where Burks Drive T's into Walnut Street Pike there is a significant pothole in the Northbound lane along the edge of the road.

The entrance of Gentry East Subdivision at Compton and 446. Numerous very large potholes, it's hard to turn in to the neighborhood without falling in to one. There are also a few spots on Compton Blvd (before the stop sign) that are bad as well.
