Potholes, Other Street Repair

3876 East Resents Circle

Case Date:
6/11/2017

I reported a potential sinkhole in the street in front of my property in August 2016. The hole opening into the what I believe will become a sinkhole was immediately patched. Now, new construction has just begun on adjacent lot 3880. concrete trucks making deliveries to that site have now created a ten foot long , 2 foot wide, 2 inch deep indentation in the pavement directly above where I suspect a sinkhole. The pavement is permanently damaged and parts have broken up. I realize that making repairs while construction is in progress is probably not practical, but I wanted to immediately make the city aware of the damage. I don't know if this is something the builder will be expected to take of or if is the city. Regardless of whether its the city or the city makes the builder take care of it, I would appreciate the city giving me the assurance that the damage will be repaired as soon as practical. Thank You! Drainage or Runoff

3868 E Regents CIR

Case Date:
5/31/2021

There is a city-owned storm drain/culvert running along the north edge of the property listed in the Service Request Location field. In this drain/culvert, there appears to be quite a bit of poisonous hemlock growing "wild". There are children - both from the neighborhoods on either side of the drain - as well as those transient walkers, etc. who often "cut through" using the drain area. The concern is that any of these individuals could accidentally pick/touch/ingest the hemlock. Can the city come take a look, please? Thanks! - Rob Aney

Potholes, Other Street Repair

3863-4399 E Moores Creek Rd

Case Date:
4/11/2014

First, thanks for already patching the worse holes on this road, all the way to where it dead ends on its east side. I just want to encourage you guys to go back when u can and patch the smaller stuff. I realize this isn't the highest priority road, but many people, myself included ride Rohrer east to Moore's creek (which veers south), then west on Stipp (which turns into Moffett), to Fairfax north to walnut pike and back up to Rhorer. It's sounds complicated but all the roads lead into lead into each other, it's the only cruising loop so close to town. I mention this because while they are very rural roads they get a lot of use from people wanting to take a country drive. So it might get more traffic than u guys think, which might make it worth patching again. Thank you
