This pothole on 4th St, on the north-south alley between the WonderLab and the apartment building, is a hazard to wheelchair-users, strollers, and pedestrians with all kinds of mobility issues.

2 bad potholes in a row. Managed to avoid one, couldn't avoid hitting next one that blew out my tire! Couldn't avoid it because the car in front of me was swerving because their tire had blown out too!
Allendale is literally falling apart. Though the city patches potholes seemingly on a weekly basis, the road needs to be resurfaced. 1 inch cracks appear everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Though cars don't notice 1 inch cracks, bicycles do. This is supposed to be a designated bike route.
Amy lane has many large potholes. These are dangerous to scooters and motorcycles.

Washington Street bike lane is filled sand and debris; especially bad south of 3rd Street; can this be swept please?
