College Mall Rd and Buick Cadillac Blvd traffic light isn't working properly. It cycles red on College Mall Rd when there are no cars waiting on Buick Cadillac Blvd or in the apartment complex parking lot. And it take 3-4 minutes to turn green when you're waiting at the red on Buick Cadillac Blvd.
Can you repaint this yellow curb on Woodburn Ave, near 14th street. Please! Thanks
