I need to report a pot hole issue in from of my house at 1921 W. Allen Street. There are a couple sever pot holes locate directly in front of my house in the west bound lane. They are so bad that west bound traffic swerves to avoid them into oncoming traffic. Also, there is another pot hole at the bottom of the hill in the eastbound lane as well. Street light out at Winslow and Henderson intersection
The sidewalk crossing the driveway at 1925 N Kinser Pike has been reduced to gravel. This prevents me from using it when in my power wheelchair. This break means I must use another route into town. The only alternative is the pedestrian path toward Arlington School off of Skyline and then returning to Kinser via Parrish. There are problems with this route reported elsewhere
Resident reports consistent speeding and safety concerns as well as recurring congestion in stretch of road lacking a sidewalk near Culver's on W 3rd St.

Stop sign here (South Renwick, heading east) is blocked from sight by the trees. Very hard to see until you are almost in the intersection with South Hawksmoore.
Accessibility Issue: Potholes, torn up street, difficult for wheelchairs to navigate around this and there are two people who have wheelchairs that have to do it regularly.
Branches and debris from storm. I assume that the city will not remove debris on the yard proper but there is some debris in the street and a split trunk/branch that poses a threat to the street .
Asphalt along edge of roadway (Sussex) is crumbling and falling into gutter. I've stacked up a pile of asphalt here in front of 2006 Sussex. The resulting rough transition from the street to the gutter is in need of repair.
