At 817 W 17th St. is a small, but VERY DEEP, pot hole at the crest of a slight hill that needs fixed ASAP! I hit it at normal speed and it blew out my tire, which had only 50% wear to it, but had to be replaced due to the severe tire-wall damage (at a cost of around $225). Please fix this ASAP so others don't have to go through what I did. Note that I located a traffic cone nearby, and repurposed it to this pot hole to warn others of the hazard.
Because of the recent storm there a lot of rocks and debris that need to be cleaned up. Thank you
Just the road leading up to the parking lots.
Two small potholes at end of driveway. The pavement is starting to break up quite a bit.
sidewalk blocked by tree
The city did a storm drain project last week and left a large bag of conrete waste on the sidewalk. They removed signage related to construction. People use electric wheelchairs, strollers, carts, etc. often on Blair, but now they can't on the east side of the street, and there's no signage to warn people to cross the sidewalk before the obstacle. It's been like this all week - is it possible for the city to remove the (very heavy!) bag of waste concrete?

Pot hole in right lane, causes you to swerve into bike lane
Two LED fixtures were recently installed at this intersection, both on the east side of Walnut, one north of 12th and the other south of 12th. They are *very* bright. Is it possible to swap them out with a lower wattage? We do see others in the neighborhood that appear to be dimmer and don't cast so much harsh light onto neighboring properties. It would be a relief if these were also more resident-friendly.
