Pothole 1, 9th St, east side of intersection with N Washington Pothole 2 12th St, west side of intersection with Fess. Really a depression, not a hole.

Street light has been out for about 2 months. I reported to AES Indiana a few weeks ago, but no response.

There are signs in this drain of the Monroe county govt parking lot. It is obvious that someone intentionally lifted this heavy inlet and placed trash and street sign in the way. This needs corrected immediately to fix stormwater flow here. How often are these cleaned out in this parking lot? There is so much debris and breaking apart asphalt that Monroe county is not maintaining. Also they cut down their trees and smoking continues too close to the building. How is this allowed?

This county government facility has so much dirt and debris that needs street sweep ran. Everything is going into storm system and being tracked out onto streets and causes damage.
