Virtually all streetlights on the north side of 17th between Dunn and Fee are out. I assume this is due to the construction of the sidewalk. Will the city make sure these lights are restored when the construction is completed?
I was stopped at the intersection of Woodlawn and 17th street at the new light. I was attempting to make a left turn to proceed west on 17th. It was after midnght. I there was no east-west traffic at all which had the green. I waited for 4 minutes and no change. This intersection controller needs to be checked to make sure it will switch the opposing traffic to green upon sensing a vehicle promptly if there is no east-west traffic.
There are at least 2 street lights out on 14th street between Walnut and Dunn. This is a dark area and needs more light anyway, but when the existing lights are out, it is clear why crimes can occur in this general area.
I regularly bike on the Allen-Covenanter bikeway. The signal at Covenanter and College Mall does not detect cyclists headed east on Covenanter. If there is not a car headed in my direction, I often have to wait through several signal cycles until a car comes behind me and activates the signal. It is especially frustrating that this is a route designated for cyclists. I would very much appreciate if the signal could be changed so that cyclists are recognized. Thank you.
hello. through the years we have had a few complaints and it has become more frequent as of the last couple about no street sign. The street is Varsity Lane and there has never been a street sign and it is the only street in the area off of Dunn st. that has never had one. We would like to request a street sign for Varsity Lane on corner of varsity lane and N. Dunn street. Thanks.....
Flickering street light (dark for long periods) at corner of Hunter and Swain.
Growth of trees next to sidewalk has created numerous breaks in sidewalk alignment rendering it unsuitable from Kinser to Arlington School. I trimmed growth near Kinser end blocks sidewalk.
transition for pedestrian cut at Skyline broken/unaligned causing difficult navigation in my power wheelchair
Not really a problem, just thought I would tell you that you left a traffic cone on the curb near 2nd and Woodlawn. Thought you might want it before some undergrad thought it was a cool thing to own.
