Northland Drive, on the merge lane from American Boulevard West. Its kind of hard to avoid, especially if its been raining, you cant see it. Its an issue for not only me but all the employees on this property as well as the patients for TRIA Orthopaedic Center.

I realize that this is state and not a city issue, but I'm hoping you can escalate it. The pedestrian island at the NW corner of 10th and the Bypass has a defective crosswalk signal. This is for the crossing from the island south across the mouth of 10th street. It does not give the verbal cue to "wait" and it does not trigger the visual pedestrian signal (white silhouette). The light for northbound traffic on Walnut Street at Kirkwood is out of sync, it changes well after sixth street does.
