Just north of the Sare and Rogers traffic circle are several power lines that were never properly repositioned. They seem to be dangerously close to vehicles/sidewalk on the west side of Sare. We thought Duke would take care of them but they didn't return after restoring power following the last big storm that brought down trees around there.

Directly in front of the entrance to the Alley Bar, the brick sidewalk has sunk and is an extremely dangerous trip hazard. Numerous people trip as they are walking west or east on the sidewalk, and some have even fell. It keeps getting worse and worse. The bricks need to be removed, add some stone or concrete and relay the bricks. Thank you for your understanding!

Please consider installing a "one way" sign on the NE corner of Walnut/9th pointing west to indicate to drivers travelling north on Walnut that 9th is one-way west. There is already a sign on the NW corner, but that is not always seen by drivers who are intending to turn right onto 9th.

This intersection has a lot of accidents that occur. It could be because the lights aren’t green for long, but they’ll be red for a long time. Maybe the yellow light timing is too short. I know INDOT controls this area, but hopefully a nearby resident’s concerns could help expedite a solution.
