I have had to run the stoplight the last two days because motorcycle will not set it off. If I get hit, I will be suing the city of Bloomington!!

The light going east/west on 2nd/Bloomington Rd is very short (at least on certian days and times). I've been in lines with piles of cars for this light with only a few get through each time, making you stop for several light rotations on an otherwise traffic free drive. Usually only a few cars (and sometimes absolutely none) go through the light in the north/south direction while the east/west lines are waiting. Thought this was weird, and it doesn't always happen, but it's annoying when it does.
Going through the light at Adam’s and 2nd street heading east/west bound, the light only stays green long enough for 4 cars to get through and is backing up traffic.
The light at Rockport and Tapp is severely mis-timed. The issue seems to be recent. It is green far too long for the Rockport travelers and red far too long for the Tapp travelers. This is causing un-necessary backups on Tapp Rd. In the middle of the day, with very little traffic, cars still aren't all making it thru the light. During busier times, its backing up even longer, and for no logical reason, as the traffic on Rockport is very light
The signal at this intersection was set for a number of years so that it was traffic activated. Recently, this has been changed so that that light switches to red on Patterson (for quite a long time!) even when there are no cars waiting on Fairview - which is almost all the time. This holds up traffic on Patternson, which often backs up, sometimes to a depth of six or seven cars, and occasionally enough that the last cars in line can't make it through the intersection until the next cycle of the light. The city did this a few years ago with this light, only to change the light back to traffic-activated status after a few months. Has the lesson of that time now been forgotten?? Time to go back to things the way they were a couple of months ago! Leave well enough alone, people!
There is a very uneven crack in the sidewalk in front of The Bishop just up from the corner of 4th and Walnut, sort of in front of the tree that was removed. Last night I was walking up the sidewalk and fell on all fours because of the crack. Luckily I didn't break my already repaired wrist to which I am still paying medical expenses and only escaped with a cut knee. When I sat down, a woman mentioned that while visiting The Bishop, she sits in their outside seating area and sees people trip over this crack countless times. Upon hearing that, I too remembered seeing a woman fall on all fours in the same spot. Clearly, this is a hazard that should be looked at and taken care of. Thank you.
Growing Vines on Stop Sign Post and Back of Sign Itself
Trees are blocking stop sign as you head south on Sare road. This morning was the 2nd time I have seen a car blow through that spot without even a delayed acknowledgement of the sign. **Main pedestrian way to Olcott Park and near Jackson Creek!!!
